It’s always good to recheck you’re on track with your pledge and discuss this with your pledge buddy.  Discuss ‘the bowl’, your 1kg loss (or more) and how you will add this months element – 3 days of exercise per week into your routine

Being Accountable

Being your Second month where you will first be ‘checking in’ for not only ‘did you stick to your pledge’ but also the scales, how your month went and how you will include Exercise.   Tips for keeping on track:

  • regularly check in with your pledge buddy – you can keep on track together.  perhaps exercise with them.
  • keep up with your diary entries and ticking good days.
  • if you faulter, the next meal is only 3 or 4 hours away.

Keep going, there’s even greater results just around the corner!!  Go for your Mission!
